We are a certified organic farm near Elgin milking 20 cows. We grow most of our own feed including crops of corn, oats and peas, as well as hay. We market the milk through Dairy Farmers of Ontario and have obtained artisan processing quota to make our own cheese on the farm. Our milk is pumped a short distance to a small cheese house where the cheese is crafted and then aged a minimum of 60 days.
